Wakanda LLC ( we or us ) are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

1. SCOPE OF POLICY

1.1 This policy together with the General Terms of Service and our Business Terms of Service and our Business Terms (as applicable) apply to your use of:

  • a) our website at Pay24 (the " Site") including, without limitation, the Pay24 Dashboard available to Pay24 Dashboard Users pursuant to the Business Terms;
  • b) the Pay24 Mobile App ( App ) once you have downloaded a copy of the App onto your mobile telephone or handheld device ( Device ); and
  • c) any of the services accessible through the App or the Site (the Services ).

1.2 This policy sets out the basis on which any loans that we offer to you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding our loans.

2. Loan repayment period

Maximum and Minimum loan repayment period:

  • Minimum loan repayment period is 61 Days.

    Maximum Loan repayment period is 180 days.

3. Annual Percentage Rate

Maximum Annual Percentage Rate (APR) equals 108% which is 9% for every 30 days.

  • A representative example for a loan of 50,000 Ugx for 61 days, the APR equals 18%; This would be a total interest of 18% of 50,000Ugx, which is 9,000 Ugx. Total repay amount would be 59,000 Ugx.

4. Permission to gather / verify data

    You give Pay24 permission to verify the information you provided to us in this application. We may also use the information you provided to gather additional data related to your loan application. This information may come from a number of sources, including consumer reporting agencies and sources named in this application, and may be shared with our employees, affiliates, vendors, partners and third parties as required to offer you a loan. If we make you a loan and you consent to ACH withdrawals for loan payments, we will use the bank account information you give us to process those payments.

5. Collection and use of bank account information

  • If we extend credit to a consumer, we will consider the bank account information provided by the consumer as eligible for us to process payments against. In addition, as part of our information collection process, we may detect additional bank accounts under the ownership of the consumer. We will consider these additional accounts to be part of the application process.

6. Credit reporting disclosure

  • We may make inquiries concerning your credit history and standing, and may report information concerning your performance including, but not limited to, missed payments, or other defaults, to credit reporting agencies. Missed payments or other defaults on your Loan may be reflected in your credit report.

7. Accuracy of your account information

  • In keeping with reasonable industry standards, we have procedures to ensure that your financial information is accurate, current, and complete. If you believe our records contain inaccurate or incomplete information about you, please notify us. We will investigate your concerns and correct any information we determine to be inaccurate.
